Now I present the tutorial:-  

first draw the eyebrow  then follow the step below

From this point u need to edit the colour from dark to light [like above] depend on what colour of eye  that u want
( i choose blue colour for this tutorial) if u don know how  to edit colour at MS paint click this link http://wanshazlianie-blogger.blogspot.com/p/how-to-use.html
when the colour above in the custom colour pic, choose the first colour first  then click ok

zoom in

draw a  big dot the most  dark colour (the colour that u choose)
a)using a lighter colour draw a line around the dot
Repeat the A step for a few time.......

stop when u get this result
draw the other eye an TAADAA

finish

Extra tip~ if u wanna do a girl eye

darken the line ( do an eyeliner around the eye)

start to do the eyelashes

P/s: I'm giving a simpler eye to draw but if u wanna do the complicated eyes u can always try ^^
